Little Snowflake
I've been constantly in awe with people here, and I never expected that someone would make me something like this. Honestly, I can't put into words how much this has touched me.
For now, he will live at the bottom of my homepage, guarding the end of the lane. The decidedly-not-pixel-art-background-circle is a placeholder I will redo later on, but he will look a bit ugly for a while (sorry, Sylvia!). My plan is to eventually turn it into a 4-frame GIF animation (sparkling snowflakes? Falling snowflakes? Oooh).
Edit: Finally, I managed to get the circle sharp with a cute CSS parameter.
In the process of trying to make the image looks sharp, I found out that my default theme filters image into grayscale, and for a moment there the poor bear looked sickly. He is back in full health now.
In this opportunity, I would also like to express gratitude towards everyone who has spared their time to write me emails and reaction posts. I may be due to reply some of you. Sometimes I thought I had replied, only to find that I hadn't. Oops.
